• Each user may claim any given bonus offer once only.
• Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn directly — wagering requirements must be met first.
• If wagering requirements are not completed within the specified time frame after a bonus is received, the bonus will be forfeited.

7Wagering Requirements

Wagering requirement refers to how many times a bonus amount must be wagered before it can be withdrawn. For example, a 5x wagering requirement on a ৳1,000 bonus means you must place a total of ৳5,000 in bets before withdrawing.

8Sports Betting Rules

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled — use the cash-out feature if it is available.
• If a match is abandoned or postponed, bets will be voided or settled in accordance with the applicable rules.
• If a bet is voided due to odds changes, the full stake will be refunded.

• In-play betting odds change in real time. The odds at the exact moment you place your bet are final.
• If any bet on a match suspected of match-fixing appears suspicious, BDGO Game reserves the right to investigate and make a final determination.

9Gaming Rules

All games on BDGO Game use certified random number generators (RNG). Live Casino games are run by professional dealers.

• Game outcomes are entirely random and not predetermined. BDGO Game does not interfere with any results.
• If a game is interrupted due to a technical issue, it will be restored from the last saved state.
• Disrespectful behaviour toward other players or dealers in the Live Casino chat will result in a temporary ban.
• In the event of a dispute over game results, the BDGO Game server logs will serve as the final and binding evidence.

10Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on BDGO Game. Any violation will result in immediate account suspension and balance forfeiture:
